The initial team—Yali Koch and Nico Biabani—formed their friendship while job hunting in corporate finance, where they became increasingly anxious about the impact of heavy work schedules on their mental and physical well-being. This inspired them to create a health app for individuals struggling to fit health into their limited free time. Yali and Nico, both Northwestern students and Investment Banking analysts at Jefferies and CDI Global, have witnessed the toll work culture takes on employees' health. Aerin, a Columbia University student working at Element Pictures, leads the Marketing division. Jedd Horowitz, a student-athlete at the University of Chicago, and intern of health expert Dan Buettner and Blue Zones, collaborates with physicians, nutritionists, and personal trainers to develop PATH's infrastructure. This team is committed to making health goals manageable.
